Among the many important early projects completed by Wilson Construction were the original McAllen City Hall on 15th Street (now the Permitting Department) and the remodeling of the historical Casa de Palmas (La Posada) hotel. There was also the construction of a new police station on Pecan, the old Valley Transit building, the Chamber of Commerce, improvements on the old McAllen Hospital, and three different phases of construction of the hospital in Rio Grande City.
