UTRGV Fieldhouse Addition & Renovation

The Fieldhouse Lobby Addition at UTRGV’s Edinburg Campus creates a bold new front door for the HPE1 Fieldhouse, enhancing the fan experience and celebrating university pride. The project adds an approximately 11,067 GSF, 27-foot-high atrium that serves as the primary entrance from Lew Hill Memorial Plaza, improving access for basketball and volleyball events. The new lobby features a box office, concessions, team store, restrooms, equipment storage, and a dedicated Rio Grande Valley Hall of Fame and Hall of Honor, transforming the Fieldhouse into a vibrant, welcoming destination for the campus and community.
