Chiller Plant
Project Description
D. Wilson Construction built a new chilled water plant for Texas State Technical College to replace their 60-year-old system. The new plant, located on an adjacent site, connects to the existing distribution system and features four 500-ton water-cooled chillers to meet the campus’s current peak chilled water load of 1,400 tons.
