We were blessed with beautiful weather on Friday for the Topping Out ceremony at the new Fire Station #7 for the City of New Braunfels. You might not know what a topping-out event is all about. The topping-out ceremony is an age-old tradition in which the tallest and last beam is placed on a project. It marks a significant milestone for everyone on the project. It signifies the groundwork being laid and the countless hours already poured into the building. Seeing the City of New Braunfels staff and local firefighters share this event was amazing. We’d like to extend a very special thank you to Gordon with Smokealicious BBQ for the delicious lunch.
