The Region One Education Service Center in Edinburg is about to undergo a sizeable renovation along with an addition. A new 25,672 SF two-story addition will include 3,061 SF of interior remodel in the existing café and administration offices. It will also include a new parking lot with 231 spaces, full landscaping and irrigation and site utilities for the newly constructed areas. The new addition will have a reception area, lounge, men’s and women’s restrooms, training room with operable panel partitions to make large or small classroom spaces including a stage area.
